These terms govern your use of XCii. By using the app or website you agree to them. This is a draft for review.
The service
XCii is a marketplace that connects customers with local-service businesses. We provide the platform; the services themselves are provided by independent businesses, who are responsible for their offerings, pricing and the services they deliver.
Bookings & payments
When you book, you enter into an arrangement directly with the business. Some businesses require a deposit to confirm a booking. Deposits and any payments are processed through Paystack under the business’s terms.
Cancellations
Cancellations are subject to a 24-hour window. Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment is marked as a late cancellation, and any deposit paid is non-refundable. Businesses may cancel or decline bookings.
Acceptable use
Use XCii lawfully and honestly. Do not misuse the platform, impersonate others, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Businesses
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their listing, their availability, and complying with applicable laws. You grant XCii the right to display your listing to customers.
Liability
XCii provides the platform “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the services businesses provide or for indirect or consequential loss.
